3000 attendees will be able to go to a test festival

About a month ago, we were announcing the planning by the Dutch government to hold test events in which attendees had to meet a series of requirements to attend this event without social distancing (read note).

Today, Hard News made the announcement that a festival with a maximum of 3000 people will be held in Biddinhuizen, a location known to us where Defqon.1 Festival takes place stating that social distancing is not necessary for Fieldlab events (in collaboration with ID&T and Mojo).

"This is not a medical experiment, but we will be watching"

That said the Fieldlabs member to Hard News where finally a light after a dark tunnel that events and festivals have been living around the world and where this undoubtedly becomes an example to follow if it becomes successful for what it could be an idea applicable to all countries.

"The use of a mask will be mandatory"

There will be two test editions for this festival and in each one of them 1500 people will be allowed, so we hope it will be successful to give security and the green light for the festivals to be reborn from the ashes as the phoenix.

"They will begin at 3:00 pm and will end before dark."

It is not yet known how many stages there will be or how many hardstyle artists there will be, but at least they are already one step further by allowing the first festival (we expect many more) in times of Coronavirus. Additionally, the fact that this test is done in that location, generates expectations so that a special edition of Defqon.1 Festival can be held.
