Dr. Peacock will never fly

Dr. Peacock has confessed that probably never will again get on a plane in your life.

An unfortunate news was released yesterday by the Dutch site "Zembla Bnnvara", who in an interview with the producer of Frenchcore Steve Dekker, better known as Dr. PeacockHe revealed that is affected by a very complicated disease known as: Aerotoxic syndrome.

Disease

This recent and almost unknown -quite common syndrome in aerolíneas- crews occurs due to the toxic gases emitted from the engine of the ship for some flights, leading to harmful health damage.

Damage that has profoundly affected the lives of talented producer, to the point of not allowing boarding an aircraft since 2016:

“It started with a small headache, but the symptoms got worse and worse over time. The first two years I thought it could be something else, but at one point the connection with my constant flights was evident ».

The list of conditions is huge, especially considering that Steve has only 29 years. Fatigue, memory loss, mood swings, dizziness, vibrations in various parts of the face, fingers and body, feeling of loss of control, blurred vision sometimes tension, panic attacks and trouble concentrating, are some of them.

The DJ sought help, however traditional medicine still does not accept this condition as an officer, nor is there consensus among specialists. Fue Dr. Michel Murder (former KLM pilot), who after a series of exámentes in Aerotóxica association could finally ratify the disease.

Farewell to flights

Strong complications after his last flight in late 2016, were finally brought to Steve in the air. Since then it not has been able to make presentations outside Europe and all his trips are performed by land.

“A trip to Austria suddenly went from 60 minutes to 10 hours. I had to cancel a tour in the United States and Australia. It's tremendously fucked up, to say the least. In America, hardcore has emerged a lot in recent years. "

Never to set foot upon a plane, its complications have decreased and only occasionally presents relapses. However, he does not resign itself to the recovery and daily struggle to regain normalcy of his life:

I want to feel better again and I won't stop fighting. I am one of those people who want to make the best of circumstances. I'm still producing a lot of music and my schedule is pretty busy. I'll keep doing my thing one way or another »
